Bonjour ! Je suis Nathalie Perrin, and I am responsible for order processing, packing, and delivery at the LetzBuildFutures warehouse so then it can be delivered by our Founder to the Clients.
I manage the entire order workflow, ensuring that each order is processed accurately, prepared with care, and delivered on time. I place strong importance on customer support and client experience, making sure communication is clear, reliable, and professional at every stage of the process.
My role requires precision, organization, and consistency, as I am directly involved in the final steps that connect our work to the people we serve. All funds raised through LetzBuildFutures are donated to Medic to Medic, a charity that supports trainee doctors and healthcare workers in developing countries. Medic to Medic helps cover essential costs such as tuition fees, training materials, and educational support, allowing future medical professionals to complete their studies and return to serve their communities.
